v1.7.1: fix switch tema light/dark

Il selettore Impostazioni > Tema salvava il valore ma nessuno applicava
data-theme al <html>, e mancavano gli override CSS per il tema chiaro.
Aggiunte custom properties light + applyTheme() su init/change/save.
