Subject: [PATCH] Dark native controls: readable dropdowns on Windows

color-scheme: dark makes Chromium render the native select popups and
scrollbars dark on Windows (they defaulted to white with our light text
on top), plus explicit dark backgrounds on select/option as a fallback.
